We are happy to accept returns of full-priced merchandise within 14 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that is altered in any way.
Handbags must include all accessories such as the detachable strap, dust bag, and other enclosures. For additional information about handbags, please read our Warranty Policy.
Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a return does not comply with this policy.
Credit for your return
The refund will apply to the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 15 days from the date we receive the return item. The refund will include the cost of the item and any applicable sales tax. Customers can also apply the refund for an exchange or store credit.
Please note that all returns are subject to a ten percent (10%) restocking fee.
All items purchased on sale are final and may not be returned.
All international orders are considered final sale. Items marked final sale are non-returnable.
Costs for returns shipping are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping fee is non-refundable.
